Karen Todd is a former Human Resources Executive with over 18 years experience in organizations taking leading edge positions in change management and employee engagement. She is an expert on helping organizations implement change, transform organizational cultures, and increase change resilience.
As a business change and organizational effectiveness consultant, Karen has
worked with managers at all levels to increase the performance of their
teams by examining and changing their leadership behaviours.
